In that right, if we have made coffee a habit, and our habits effectively make us - creating the building blocks of our cells if we're talking about nutritional habits - then why do very few of us see this as an opportunity to promote our health? Instead, we often reach for sugar-laden syrups and creamers chock full of artificial chemicals and flavorings that cause many of us to greet the day with low-level brain fog. I say, why not trade these unhealthy staples in for whole food substances or supplements that actually optimize our state of health and wellbeing rather than hurt it.
